Singing in the Rain

For this recipe you will need to buy Hum – an unusual liqueur that you may need to hunt for. Hum is a heady combination of ginger, cardamom, hibiscus & kaffir lime – & a little goes a long way.

 

 

 

Pellegrino Pompelmo soda.*

1 oz silver tequila

1/2 oz Hum

Fill a 10 ounce glass with ice. Add an inch of the soda, the tequila & the Hum. Stir gently, then fill the glass with the soda & garnish with slice of lime.

* You can use another grapefruit soda, but I recommend the Pellegrino
